This is quite instant. No waiting for the yeast dough to rise, no punching and kneading hard till the arms ache.
Base
Boiled rice - 2 cups
50 gm. Flour mixed with 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Eggs - 2
Salt and pepper - to taste
Butter - 2 tablespoon
Topping : 1
Large onions, sliced - 2
Capsicum, chopped - 1
Cheese, sliced - 100 gm
Refined oil - 1 tablespoon
Tomato ketchup - 2 tablespoon
Mushrooms, sliced - 10 -12
Vinegar - 2 tso
Salt and pepper - to taste
Base
The rice should be quite soft. If the rice is hot, stir in the butter. If the rice is cold, rub butter into flour before stirring into rice. Knead lightly, the mix the eggs, salt and pepper. Place the dough on an oiled baking sheet and press into as 25 cm. even round.
Topping : 1
Heat the oil. Fry onion and capsicum gently for 2 – 3 minutes. Spread ketchup over rice base. Stir mushroom, vinegar, salt and pepper into the onion, then spread over base and arrange the cheese over it.
Bake in 400 degree F / 200 degree C preheated oven for 40 minutes or until the base is firm and the cheese a rich golden.
Topping : 2
Fish - 150 gm
Oil - 2 tablespoon
Large onions - 3 finely choped
Flour - 2 tablespoon
Milk - 300 ml
Chopped parsley - 1 tablespoon
Salt and pepper - to taste
Grated cheese - 50 gm
Steam the fish, debone and flake. Fry the onions in oil gently until they start to soften. Stir in the flour. Fry for 30 seconds, then add the milk and bring to the boil, stirring all the time.
Remove pan from heat and stir in the fish, parsley and seasonings to taste. Then carefully spread the sauce over the pizza base. Sprinkle cheese and bake.

Large tomatoes - 4
Sausages, halved lengthwise - 250 gm
Small onion, chopped - 1
Basil - 1 tsp
Tomato chutney - 2 tablespoon
Salt and pepper - to taste
Cube of cheese, grated - 1
Blanch, deseed and chop the tomatoes. Mix tomatoes with onion, basil, chutney salt and pepper together. Spread over the base.
They lay the halved sausages over the top like the spokes of a wheel. Sprinkle cheese in between sausages and bake.
