Pork Fried Rice
Ingredients:
Lean pork (sliced thinly) – 250 gms.
Spring onions (cut finely) – 4
Capsicum (shredded) – 1
Soya sauce – 1 tbsp
Cornflour – 1 tbsp
Rice (boiled) - 2 cups
Eggs (beaten lightly) – 2
Oil – 4 tbsps
Almonds (toasted) – 100 gms.
