Mrs. Annam Senthil Kumar, hails from an orthodox Nagarathar Family of Chettinad. She is the second daughter of Mr. M. Singaram and M rs. Kalyani Singaram of A. Thekkur, Sivagangai Dist. She was born and brought up in Chennai and did her graduation in Mathematics in Queen Mary’s College of Chennai. She was married to Mr. Kr.S. Senthil Kumar, Son of Mr. Kr. Sundaram and Mrs. S. Sivakami, of Nerkuppai. They are blessed with one son Master S. Arvind, who is studying VI Standard in Chennai.
She has written various articles and recipes in various magazines about Nagarathar Cooking and Traditions. She is also is the process of compiling all her articles as reference book, which will be of immense use to the Non Resident Nagarathars and the Nagarathar comminity as a whole.
