Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients
jeera sambar rice, cooked and cooled – 1/4 kg.
ghee – 2 tbs.
1 medium sized onion chopped
3 green chillies, chopped
ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp.
3 eggs, whisked well
salt – 2 tsp.
3 pinches of ajinomoto
coriander leaves, chopped – 1/2 tbs.

Method:
1. Heat ghee in a kadai.
2. Add chopped onions and fry for 3 minutes.
3. Add green chillies, ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 minutes.
4. Add whisked raw eggs and scramble well.
5 Add cooked rice, sprinkle salt and toss welL
6. Add Ajinomoto, toss rice well for 2 minutes.
7. Garnish \Vith coriander leaves. Serve with chilli sauce.
