Chicken Tikka

Ingredients:
Chicken to be Marinated for three hours:
Boneless – Skined chicken pieces – 500 grams
Plain Curd – 1/4 cup
Minced Ginger – 3 tsp
Crushed Garlic – 3 tsp.
White pepper Powder – 1/4 tsp.
Cumin powder – 1/4 tsp.
Mace Powder – 1/4 tsp.
Nutmeg Powder – 1/4 tsp.
cardamom powder – 1/4 tsp.
Red Chilli powder – 1/4 tsp.
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp.
Lemon Juice – 3 tbsp.
Cooking Oil – 4 tbsp.

Method:
Mix all ingredients. Add chicken pieces.
For best results marinate overnight.
Marinate for a minimum of four hours
Preheat the oven to 350 F. Bake chicken for 4 mins.
Mix little oil (or butter). Bake for another 4 mins.
Again mix little oil (or butter). Bake for final 3 mins.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
