Ingredients:?

Basmati rice – 300 Gms.
Chicken – skinned – 600 Gms.
Cardamoms – 2 Nos.
Cinnamon – 1 inch
Ginger – 1 inch
Garlic – 3 flakes
Onions – 2 Nos.
Coriander leaves – A bunch
Mint leaves – A bunch
Black pepper – 1 Tsp
Coconut paste – 1 Tsp
Curd ? 1/2 Cup
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

Method:
Soak rice in water for 30 minutes.?
Grind ginger, garlic, cardamom and cinnamon to make a paste.?
Mix the paste with coriander and mint leaves.?
Add coconut paste, curd and black pepper.?
Mix it well.?
Now add red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt.?
Cut chicken into pieces.?
Marinate the chicken in this mixture.?
Heat the oil and fry the chopped onions.?
Add marinated chicken pieces.?
Cook over medium flame till done.?
Sprinkle the fried onions.?
Put chicken pieces and cover it with rice.?
Cover it properly and cook for 10 minutes.?
Serve hot.
