Chicken Soup

Ingredients

Chicken bones, small joints etc or 1 small chicken for soup cut into small pieces
Big Onions – 2 Cut fine
Tomatoes – 1 Big cut fine
Green Chillies – 3 Slit
Butter or Ghee – 2 Tablespoon
Salt – To taste
Cinnamon – 1/2 Inch
Bay Leaf – 1
Grind coarsely together:
Coriander seeds: – 1 Tablespoon
Jeera – 1 Teaspoon
Somph – 1 Teaspoon

Method

Heat ghee or butter in a vessel first fry the cut onions well then add chicken bones or chicken pieces, powdered masala tomatoes, slit chillies, stir well, add enough amount of water for the soup.
Put all this in a pressure cooker, add a little more butter or ghee and pressure cook till done, add salt to taste.
Heat a vessel with little ghee add cinnamon and bay leaf and then add the pressure cooked soup add coriander leaves and remove from fire.
Strain and serve the soup. Shread the chicken pieces and add to the strained soup and serve.
