Ingredients:
Rice (boiled) - 2 cups
Tomato sauce – 1 tbsp
Soya sauce - 1/2 tbsp
Spring onion with leaves (chopped finely) – 1
Garlic (chopped finely) – 5 cloves
Ajinomoto – pinchful
Oried red chillies (broken into bits) – 2-3
Oil – 2 tbsps
Pepper – to taste
Sugar - to taste
Salt – to taste
Method: Heat the oil in a heavy bottomed pan and saute the onion, garlic and red chillies. Add all other ingredients lexcept rice) and continue sauting for few more minutes. Add rice and cook covered for about 1 ninute. Serve hot.
